Custom Orders Many of our products are fully customized based on customer instructions. You are responsible for providing accurate details, photos, and descriptions for your custom item.
Payment All payments must be completed at checkout. Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout.
Shipping We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days once shipped. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Order Changes & Cancellations Because custom items begin production quickly, cancellations may not be possible once work has started. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at katiesbeatboutique@gmail.com.
Returns & Refunds Custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error. Non‑custom items may be eligible for returns — see our Refund Policy for details.
